amazing beachfront villa!

attentive staffwide varietyfun fire showgorgeous view
the attentive staff quickly arranged a pool bed overlooking the sea, and drinks and food arrived fast. breakfast was a 10/10 experience. It featured both a menu with a wide variety of choices and a buffet loaded with options. the fire show at the escape restaurant was super fun to watch during dinner. the villa sea view was perfect, with a gorgeous view, i just can't get over it. they cleaned and tidied the room every day. I found water and a rice snack left for me.

the breakfast was acceptable with a good selection.
This hotel definitely has issues. the housekeeping was inconsistent, one day a towel was left on the armchair instead of being replaced after i left it on the floor. the air conditioning in the twin room smelled musty. I think that the aircon units need to be cleaned.

the hotel was pristine the staff were genuinely attentive anticipating needs like turning on the air conditioning and providing water i felt very cared for the breakfasts were also a standout offering a wide variety of delicious options each morning i booked a ground floor room and walking straight into the pool was amazing. i felt so relaxed
the hotel's evening atmosphere was quiet the singular bar lacked seating areas besides day beds , made socializing less convenient

The hotel seemed less polished than I anticipated. I found some issues . For example, the soundproofing in the rooms was not effective and I could hear noise from nearby rooms. the advertised shuttle service had limited availability, this made planning day trips more difficult and required additional transportation expenses. It was somewhat disappointing. the stay did not entirely meet my expectations.

I really enjoy my room. I selected a pool access suite with direct entry to the pool from my room. The access made swimming simple. The beach was steps away from my suite. The water was calm and clean.
The hotel location is far. The ride to town takes time.
